2007
A reflection of nature on water.
An element is reflected on the water creating in front of it almost an identical image but a little different. A passage through a prism line dividing between the objective and the subjective. A blurring line between the reflected and its reflection.
How we see and how we are being seen.
I integrate plant roots with metal.
I choose roots, which are in a constant process of change, of life, placing them in front their metal reflection. I stop life at a static moment, a still frame.
By integrating these different materials I try to create an association, a dialog with personal and social processes and feelings.
