Touching points of solid and fragile.

Egg shells, so disposable, so unnecessary, garbage.

I collect and relate to as precious fractures.

There is something in this thin and breakable material that reflects the reality of our lives here, and enables me to understand my connection with the physical and human surrounding in which I live and work.

I intentionally combine these contrasted materials as a moment of reflection on nature and industrialization and the meaning of recycling in our world.
